According to him, &#8220;<em>he was only following his wife&#8217;s wishes to undergo euthanasia as she was suffering from diffuse generalised osteoarthritis<\/em>&#8220;. His wife was 86 years old and had expressed a desire for euthanasia on several occasions.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>October 10, 2017\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.genethique.org\/en\/euthanasia-vatican-offering-belgian-brothers-charity-organisation-one-last-chance-68355.html#.W_BPj-JRe00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">THE VATICAN IS OFFERING THE BELGIAN BROTHERS OF CHARITY ORGANIZATION &#8220;ONE LAST CHANCE&#8221;<\/a><\/p><p>The Belgian Brothers of Charity Organization had chosen to accompany towards euthanasia certain psychiatric patients who asked for it, and had been asked to review its position.
