{"id":1231,"date":"2014-04-08T20:40:42","date_gmt":"2014-04-09T00:40:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vivredignite.org\/?p=1231"},"modified":"2014-04-08T20:40:42","modified_gmt":"2014-04-09T00:40:42","slug":"the-liberals-won-the-elections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vivredignite.org\/en\/the-liberals-won-the-elections\/","title":{"rendered":"The Liberals won the elections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Quebec Liberal Party comes back to power after winning the April 7th elections.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We hope that Philippe Couillard will re-establish the budget required not only for our healthcare system to function properly, but also to improve services to the entire population of Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>When he was Minister of Health and Social Services, Mr. Couillard  presented an <a href=\"http:\/\/206.167.52.1\/fr\/document\/publication.nsf\/4b1768b3f849519c852568fd0061480d\/1c63ea11bc6e003c85256eaf0066f14e?OpenDocument\">End-of-Life Palliative Care Policy<\/a>  in 2004 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chpca.net\/media\/7856\/Quebec_policy.pdf\">English version here<\/a> ).
