The deadline for the consultation is May 14<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: HelveticaNeue, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); margin: 0in 0in 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">One of the main concerns regarding the policies is the possibility of obliged referrals for MAiD, hence this urgent call to action for conscience protection. There are also concerns that the new&nbsp;<span>CPSO<\/span>&nbsp;policies will not clearly specify the expectation that \u2018standard of care\u2019 therapy should be applied first.
