See the campaign on the <a href=\"http:\/\/giveustime.ca\"><em>Give Us Time<\/em> site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Living with Dignity <!-- (or the Physicians\u2019 Alliance) -->fully supports this campaign and encourages you  to participate.<\/p>\n<p>All you have to do is  print, sign and mail the postcard.
