These days, the <em>Special Joint Committee on Physician Assisted Death<\/em>, created by the federal government, collects testimonies to allow\u00a0Parliament to prepare a Bill. Unfortunately, it seems that <a href=\"http:\/\/globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2016\/02\/03\/807428\/10159769\/en\/Joint-Parliamentary-Committee-on-Assisted-Suicide-Refuses-to-hear-from-leading-experts-on-the-need-for-effective-oversight-to-protect-Canadians.html?f=22&amp;fvtc=7\">it\u00a0favours the intervention of individuals and organizations pleading in favour of\u00a0euthanasia<\/a>, making us fear a\u00a0law that could give Canada the most permissive regime in the world, perhaps already opening the door to euthanasia for children.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.8px; margin-left: 30pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Amid these waves, <em>Living with Dignity<\/em> continues its commitment to stand up against this \"medical aid in dying\" by multiplying initiatives to protect the population against the risks and abuses inherent in any law allowing assisted suicide.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 20.8px; margin-left: 30pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">In 2016, I have\u00a0a wish: I would like to get to know you better.
