The Quebec Liberal Party comes back to power after winning the April 7th elections.
We hope that Philippe Couillard will re-establish the budget required not only for our healthcare system to function properly, but also to improve services to the entire population of Quebec.
When he was Minister of Health and Social Services, Mr. Couillard presented an End-of-Life Palliative Care Policy in 2004 (English version here ). Let us hope that the new Government will take all necessary measures over the next four years for that policy to become a reality in all the regions of Quebec.
